Refund and Returns Policy

At Multi Choice Solar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide only high-quality solar products, but we understand that there may be situations where you may need to request a return, replacement, or refund. Please read our policy below:

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, faulty, or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item or wrong model.
  • The product is incomplete or missing accessories.
  • You change your mind before shipment (not after delivery).

Note: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Returns requested after 3 days may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Items that have been installed or used.
  • Clearance or special-order items.
  • Custom solar kits or configured systems.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method.

5. Shipping Charges

  • In case of a defective or incorrect product, Multi Choice Solar will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For any other return (like change of mind before dispatch), the customer may need to cover delivery charges.

7. Exchanges and Replacements

If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a free replacement (subject to availability) or offer an alternative product.

8. Warranty Claims

If your item is covered under manufacturer warranty:

  • Warranty claims will follow the manufacturer’s process.
  • We’ll guide and support you in submitting your claim.
